Business Development Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Visit client companies to introduce Talent Connects ATS and explain its benefits.
• Support businesses in signing up, onboarding, and using the platform effectively.
• Collect feedback from clients and share insights with the product and sales teams.
• Assist in digital marketing campaigns, lead generation, and promotional activities.
• Create engaging content (posts, blogs, reels, case studies) to strengthen brand awareness.
• Maintain records of client visits, leads, and onboarding progress.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve growth targets.
  

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Nepali.
• Comfortable with field visits and engaging with business professionals.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools (advantage).
• Self-motivated, confident, and eager to learn about HR Tech solutions.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
