About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Development & Digital Marketing Intern who is confident, analytical, and execution-focused to support our lead generation, sales growth, and digital marketing initiatives.

This is a performance-based, full-time internship with a minimum commitment of 6 months. High-performing candidates will be considered for a permanent role based on consistency, results, ownership, and contribution to revenue and brand growth.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with calling, outreach, research, and digital marketing execution, and be eager to learn real-world business and marketing operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Lead Generation

1. Identify, research, and generate qualified leads via LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and online platforms

2. Handle outbound calling, follow-ups, and initial client conversations

3. Understand client requirements and pitch relevant services professionally

4. Maintain lead databases, CRM updates, follow-up trackers, and reports

5. Coordinate with internal teams to convert leads into opportunities


Digital Marketing & Growth

6. Support SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content coordination

7. Assist in social media marketing (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and content planning

8. Work on lead-generation campaigns through organic and paid channels

9. Support performance marketing activities (basic Ads coordination, creatives, tracking)

10. Analyze campaign performance and prepare basic reports and insights


Operations & Coordination

11. Assist in client communication, onboarding, and documentation

12. Support cross-functional activities with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams

13. Manage daily execution tasks and meet performance targets


Required Skills & Qualities

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills

2. Confidence in calling, pitching, and professional conversations

3. Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts (SEO, Social Media, Lead Gen, Ads)

4. Analytical mindset with interest in growth and performance marketing

5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

6. Self-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented attitude

7. Familiarity with Google Workspace, online tools, CRM, or marketing platforms


Additional Advantage

1. Hands-on experience or certifications in Digital Marketing or Sales

2. Knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO tools, or CRM platforms

3. Prior exposure to client handling, freelancing, or business outreach


Eligibility Criteria

1. Graduates before 2025, experienced candidates, or career Restart/switchers can apply

2. Must be available full-time from 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM (2-hour break), Monday to Saturday

3. Mandatory commitment of 6 months to 1 year

4. Strong communication, execution mindset, and willingness to learn are mandatory
