Position: Business Development Executive / Manager / Intern

Location: Remote/ Noida (servicing USA, Dubai & India markets)


Shift Options (IST):

Shift A: 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM (1.5-hour break included)

Shift B: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM (1.5-hour break included)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)

Aprisity is a dynamic Product Development and digital marketing agency delivering tailored growth solutions across the USA, Dubai, and India markets. We’re seeking a driven Business Development professional to work remotely in rotating evening or night shifts, aligning with global client needs.


Key Responsibilities:

1) Lead Sourcing & Sales: Identify and engage leads in the USA, Dubai, and India; manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closure.

2) Client Engagement: Conduct professional virtual outreach—via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling—as well as pitch presentations.

3) Digital & Organic Outreach: Build pipelines using email campaigns, LinkedIn strategies, and organic funnels to drive quality leads.

4) Content Creation: Develop sales presentations, scripts, and short-form video content to enhance branding and conversion strategies.

5) Team Mentoring: Train and guide interns or junior staff to optimize outreach and sales pipeline effectiveness.

6) Process Enhancement: Analyze and refine lead-to-conversion funnels to consistently improve performance.

7) Collaborative Execution: Partner with marketing, operations, and sales teams to drive coordinated business development efforts.

8) Experienced in managing complete sales cycles across both USA and India markets, from lead generation to deal closure.


Qualifications:

1) Experience: ~3 to 5+ years in business development, digital/ USA IT sales, or comparable roles. (USA Sales)

2) Sales Proficiency: Strong track record in full-cycle sales and deal closing.

3) Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi, with strong client presentation capabilities.

4) Global Acumen: Experience with—or adaptable to—environments in the USA, Dubai, and India.

5) Shift Flexibility: Available for either of the two specified shifts (11:30 AM–9:30 PM or 5:30 PM–3:30 AM IST).

6) Content Skills: Capable of creating visual, written, and video-based marketing materials.

7) Leadership: Comfortable mentoring junior staff and building team capability.

8) Research & Analysis: Proficient in market and competitor analysis.

9) Mindset: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven toward achieving Sales targets.
