Role Overview
We are hiring a high-impact Manager – Sales
to accelerate our growth in the manufacturing and industrial technology space. This role is ideal for a consultative seller who thrives at the intersection of technology, business outcomes, and customer success.
You will be responsible for selling cutting-edge Industry 4.0 and manufacturing SaaS solutions that enable digital transformation, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable ROI for customers. You will engage directly with CEOs, business owners, plant heads, and senior manufacturing leaders, positioning our solutions as strategic enablers for smart factories.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory-level sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across manufacturing industries
- Conduct market and customer research to understand pain points, operational challenges, and industry trends
- Present solution demos, technical presentations, and ROI-driven proposals to senior stakeholders
- Participate in trade fairs, seminars, industry conferences, and customer events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility
- Negotiate, structure, and close deals aligned with customer needs and company objectives
- Build and sustain strong relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and operational leaders
- Drive account growth through upsell and cross-sell initiatives with existing customers
- Identify, onboard, and support reselling and channel partners within the assigned territory
- Capture customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to suggest product and solution improvements
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales activities, and manage pipeline health
- Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market developments
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Mechatronics, or related Engineering disciplines
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- MBA is an added advantage
Experience & Domain Expertise
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Manufacturing SaaS, Industry 4.0, or Industrial Automation
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling to manufacturing environments, including:
- MES / ERP solutions
- Industry 4.0 platforms
- Machine tools, cutting tools, or industrial accessories
- Familiarity with real-time machine monitoring, production analytics, or factory digitization solutions is highly desirable

- Strong consultative selling and value-based sales capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage confidently with CXOs, business owners, and plant leadership
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on long-term relationships and outcomes
- Hands-on experience with sales CRM tools and pipeline management
