Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at CPF Business: Five Star (Overseas), your primary role will be to lead and expand the market presence in India within the QSR or food service industry. Your responsibilities will include: - **Market Expansion & Strategy** - Developing and executing sales strategies to grow market share in India. - Identifying new business opportunities, including franchise partnerships and strategic alliances. - Conducting market analysis to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. - **Sales Operations** - Driving revenue growth through B2B and B2C channels. - Managing sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. - Ensuring the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - **Client & Partner Management** - Building and maintaining strong relationships with franchisees, distributors, and key accounts. - Negotiating contracts and commercial terms with partners and vendors. - **Team Leadership** - Recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales team. - Setting clear KPIs and monitoring team performance. - Fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. - **Cross-functional Collaboration** - Working closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales efforts. - Providing feedback on product offerings and customer needs. **Job Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). - Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in the QSR, FMCG, or food service industry. - Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing teams. - Strong understanding of the Indian consumer market and regional dynamics. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to travel across India as needed.
