Key Responsibilities: Market Expansion & Strategy Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share in India. Identify new business opportunities, including franchise partnerships and strategic alliances. Conduct market analysis to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Sales Operations Drive revenue growth through B2B and B2C channels. Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Client & Partner Management Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, distributors, and key accounts. Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with partners and vendors. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in the QSR, FMCG, or food service industry.
