Job Summary:

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Market Expansion & Strategy

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share in India.
• Identify new business opportunities, including franchise partnerships and strategic alliances.
• Conduct market analysis to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Sales Operations

• Drive revenue growth through B2B and B2C channels.
• Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Client & Partner Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, distributors, and key accounts.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with partners and vendors.

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Set clear KPIs and monitor team performance.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales efforts.
• Provide feedback on product offerings and customer needs.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in the QSR, FMCG, or food service industry.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing teams.
• Strong understanding of the Indian consumer market and regional dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel across India as needed.
