Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Site Sales Head ( Sales Manager ) to lead our sales team at our real estate sales office. The Site Sales Head will oversee Team Leads and Sales Executives, driving performance to achieve sales targets. This role requires a strong leader with exceptional planning and organizational skills to implement effective sales strategies and ensure the team operates at the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate sector.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred).

Minimum 3 years of experience in site/project management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.

Proven experience in managing large-scale real estate or construction projects.

PMP or equivalent certification will be an added advantage.
