Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and strategic Site Sales Head ( Sales Manager ) to lead our sales team at our real estate sales office. The Site Sales Head will oversee Team Leads and Sales Executives, driving performance to achieve sales targets. This role requires a strong leader with exceptional planning and organizational skills to implement effective sales strategies and ensure the team operates at the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Supervise and mentor Team Leads and Sales Executives, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to meet and exceed sales targets, leveraging market analysis and team strengths. Performance Management: Monitor team performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular feedback, coaching, and support to enhance productivity and effectiveness. Sales Training: Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing training and development programs for the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, closing, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives and streamline processes. Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients and channel partners, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly. Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and adapt strategies accordingly. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate sector. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience in site/project management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in managing large-scale real estate or construction projects. PMP or equivalent certification will be an added advantage.
