Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Support the company’s recruitment process by finding the best candidates and matching them to the right roles.
  • Coordinating end-to-end recruitment and hiring process, which includes identifying the right pool, using multiple channels to reach out to candidates, scheduling interviews, taking initial interview rounds, etc.
  • Searching resumes through internal databases, references, and external entities like boolean searches, mass mailing through job boards, job postings, and LinkedIn searches.
  • Liaising with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs.
  • Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
  • Assisting in employee retention and development.
