We are now seeking a high-performing Sales Head to lead our sales operations, drive business growth, and strengthen our presence across the state.

Role Overview

As the Sales Head, you will lead the company’s business development and client acquisition efforts in the AV, ELV, and IT infrastructure sectors. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can balance hands-on client engagement with team leadership, ensuring consistent revenue growth, market expansion, and client satisfaction.

You will oversee the end-to-end sales cycle — from strategy, lead generation, and solution selling to deal closure — while mentoring and guiding the sales team toward achieving business goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve organizational revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities in corporate, government, and institutional sectors.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and decision-makers.
  • Represent the company in high-level meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business through consistent engagement and service excellence.

Business Development & Technical Coordination

  • Collaborate with presales and technical teams to design competitive, client-centric proposals.
  • Oversee pricing, proposals, and tender submissions to ensure compliance and profitability.
  • Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities across AV, ELV, and IT infrastructure verticals.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track sales KPIs, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Present monthly performance reports and strategic updates to senior management.
  • Manage budgets, sales targets, and incentive structures effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2-6 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in AV, ELV, CCTV, or IT infrastructure industries.
  • Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and achieving large-scale business targets.
  • Strong understanding of AV, ELV, and networking systems (CCTV, Access Control, Video Conferencing, Structured Cabling, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales forecasting, and Microsoft Office, MS Excel.

Preferred Certifications (Added Advantage)

  • PMP, CCNA, or vendor-specific certifications related to AV/ELV systems.
  • Experience working with leading brands in AV and networking solutions.
