We are looking for a sales Manager who will be responsible for driving sales of Audio-visual, ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems and Networking solutions in Kerala. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and dynamic individual with a proven track record of successful sales and business development in the audio-visual and ELV system industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in Kerala. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new accounts and markets, to generate business growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the Audio-visual, Network and ELV system industry. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management. Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. Collaborate with the technical team to design and implement Audio-visual and ELV system solutions that meet customer needs. Keep up to date with industry trends, technologies, and competitors to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s /Engineering degree in business, Sales, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of sales and business development experience in the audio-visual, Network, and ELV system industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet organizational objectives. Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities. Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team performance. Monitor and evaluate team performance through KPIs and provide constructive feedback. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and influence decision-makers. Excellent presentation and proposal development skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Knowledge of Audio-visual and ELV system products, technologies, and industry standards is must. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or similar CRM software.
