Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team in Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales, and building long-term relationships in the Audio-Visual (AV) and Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) system integration domain. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Kerala market. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve individual and team targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the AV/ELV system integration market. Generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and negotiate contracts with potential clients. 2. Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client needs promptly. Upsell and cross-sell AV/ELV solutions to maximize revenue from existing accounts. 3. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the technical and project teams to ensure successful project delivery. Collaborate with the pre-sales team to prepare accurate quotations and proposals. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services. 4. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and account status updates for management. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools. Key Skills and Qualifications: Required: Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the AV/ELV system integration industry. Strong understanding of AV and ELV systems, including CCTV, access control, networking, PA systems, and video conferencing solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Deep knowledge of the Kerala market and local business practices. Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred: Experience with leading brands in AV/ELV systems and solutions. Technical certifications in AV/ELV systems Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA). Key Attributes: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High level of self-motivation and a results-oriented approach. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong client relationships. Note: Candidates with prior experience in the AV/ELV system integration domain and a strong network within Kerala will be given preference.
