We partner with high-growth corporate, startups and businesses to provide end-to-end finance, tax, and strategic solutions. * We are looking for a highly motivated Accountant (Fresher or up to 3 year of experience) to join our team. The candidate will work closely with partners and clients on financial advisory, taxation, and structuring assignments. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with founders, investors, and business leaders across industries. Accounting & Closures: Manage accounting finalizations, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements. Ensure compliance with Ind-AS/Companies Act requirements. Tax & Deal Structuring: Support in direct tax and GST advisory for startups. Work on structuring of investments, ESOPs, convertible notes, and M&A transactions. Assist in drafting notes on tax efficiency and compliance strategies. Desired Candidate Profile Qualification: BCOM with Good Tally knowledge – Fresher or up to 1 year of experience. Strong understanding of accounting, taxation, and corporate finance concepts . Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
