Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Mumbai. The Account Manager should know Tally , Import export documents Qualifications Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Proficiency in customer service and sales, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets Project coordination and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality client solutions Basic technical understanding of packaging machinery and converting equipment is a strong advantage Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field Experience in the corrugated packaging or related industrial sector is a plus Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and travel to client locations as required
