Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team in Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts, driving sales growth, and cultivating long-term relationships within the Audio-Visual (AV) and Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) system integration sector. This role necessitates possessing strong technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a profound understanding of the Kerala market. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: - Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to meet individual and team targets. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the AV/ELV system integration market. - Generate leads, deliver impactful sales presentations, and negotiate contracts. Account Management: - Foster enduring relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction levels. - Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts and promptly address client needs. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling AV/ELV solutions to enhance account revenue. Collaboration & Coordination: - Collaborate closely with technical and project teams to ensure seamless project delivery. - Coordinate with the pre-sales team for precise quotations and proposals. - Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Reporting & Documentation: - Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and account updates to management. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in CRM tools. Key Skills and Qualifications: Required Qualifications & Skills: - Demonstrated track record in sales and account management, preferably in the AV/ELV system integration industry. - Strong technical knowledge of AV and ELV systems including CCTV, access control, networking, PA systems, video conferencing, etc. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Profound understanding of the Kerala market and local business practices. - Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields. Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience working with leading AV/ELV brands. - Technical certifications in AV/ELV systems. - Master's degree (MBA) in Business Administration or related field. Key Attributes: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - High self-motivation with a results-oriented mindset. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong client relationships. Note: Candidates with prior experience in the AV/ELV system integration domain and a robust network within Kerala will be given preference.
