Job Description

As a Sales Account Manager at Ital Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and strengthening client relationships in the Audio-Visual (AV) and Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) integration industry across Kerala. Your responsibilities will include: - **Sales & Growth** - Lead new business opportunities in AV & ELV integration across Kerala. - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently exceed revenue targets. - Build a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, and deal closures. - **Client Engagement** - Build and nurture long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor. - Engage with CXO-level decision-makers, deeply understand client needs, and deliver tailored solutions. - Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business. - **Collaboration & Delivery** - Partner with technical, pre-sales, and project teams for seamless solution delivery. - Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective, timely execution. - Prepare accurate, client-focused proposals, quotations, and RFP responses. - **Insights & Reporting** - Track and report sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasts. - Maintain updated client records and activities in CRM tools. **Qualifications Required** - 5+ years proven success in enterprise sales/account management (AV/ELV industry strongly preferred). - Strong track record of closing large deals (50 lakhs+ preferred). - In-depth knowledge of AV & ELV solutions: CCTV, access control, networking, PA, video conferencing, etc. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Deep understanding of the Kerala market & business culture. - Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts/projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office Suite. - Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. **Additional Details of Ital Solutions** Ital Solutions is a leading system integrator in Audio-Visual (AV) and Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) solutions, with over a decade of proven expertise and 500+ successful projects delivered in collaboration with global AV/ELV brands.
