You are an experienced and results-driven Sales Account Manager being sought to join a team in Kerala. Your main responsibilities will include managing client accounts, driving sales, and establishing long-term relationships within the Audio-Visual (AV) and Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) system integration domain. Reporting and Documentation is another crucial aspect of the role. You will be responsible for preparing regular sales reports, forecasts, and account status updates for management. Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools will be necessary to track progress effectively. Key Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales and account management within the AV/ELV system integration industry. - Strong understanding of AV and ELV systems, including CCTV, access control, networking, PA systems, and video conferencing solutions. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Deep knowledge of the Kerala market and local business practices. - Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with leading brands in AV/ELV systems and solutions. - Technical certifications in AV/ELV systems. - Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
