You are an experienced and results-driven Sales Account Manager being sought to join a team in Kerala. Your main responsibilities will include managing client accounts, driving sales, and establishing long-term relationships within the Audio-Visual (AV) and Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) system integration domain. To excel in this role, you must possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a profound understanding of the Kerala market. In terms of Sales and Business Development, you will need to develop and implement sales plans to achieve both individual and team targets. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the AV/ELV system integration market will be a crucial aspect of your job. Additionally, you will be required to generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and negotiate contracts with potential clients. Account Management is another key area where you will be expected to excel. This involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, promptly addressing client needs. Upselling and cross-selling AV/ELV solutions to maximize revenue from existing accounts will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration and Coordination are essential for successful project delivery. You will work closely with technical and project teams to ensure projects are completed successfully. Collaboration with the pre-sales team to prepare accurate quotations and proposals, as well as coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services, will also fall under your scope of work. Reporting and Documentation is another crucial aspect of the role. You will be responsible for preparing regular sales reports, forecasts, and account status updates for management. Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools will be necessary to track progress effectively. Key Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales and account management within the AV/ELV system integration industry. - Strong understanding of AV and ELV systems, including CCTV, access control, networking, PA systems, and video conferencing solutions. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Deep knowledge of the Kerala market and local business practices. - Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with leading brands in AV/ELV systems and solutions. - Technical certifications in AV/ELV systems. - Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
