As part of our expansion journey, we are seeking a high-performing Sales Account Manager who can drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and help us scale to the next level.

Your RoleSales & Growth

  • Lead new business opportunities in AV & ELV integration across Kerala.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Build a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, and deal closures.

Client Engagement

  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Engage with CXO-level decision-makers, deeply understand client needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business.

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Partner with technical, pre-sales, and project teams for seamless solution delivery.
  • Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective, timely execution.
  • Prepare accurate, client-focused proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.

Insights & Reporting

  • Track and report sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasts.
  • Maintain updated client records and activities in CRM tools.

What We’re Looking ForMust-Haves

  • 5+ years’ proven success in enterprise sales/account management (AV/ELV industry strongly preferred).
  • Strong track record of closing large deals (₹50 lakhs+ preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of AV & ELV solutions: CCTV, access control, networking, PA, video conferencing, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Kerala market & business culture.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts/projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with leading AV/ELV brands and solutions.
  • Technical certifications in AV/ELV systems.
  • MBA or Master’s degree in Business/Engineering.
