We are expanding rapidly across Europe, CIS, Middle East, SE Asia, Latin America, and North America, and seek an International Sales Manager to lead our global growth. Role Overview The International Sales Manager will drive global business development and manage export sales of precision-engineered components and spares. This role is responsible for identifying new markets and customers, developing product opportunities, and achieving international sales growth across Europe, CIS, Middle East, SE Asia, Latin America, and North America. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Growth Develop new international customers and grow business with existing accounts. Achieve defined export sales and profitability targets. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with overseas buyers. Generate and manage RFQs, quotations, and technical-commercial offers. Market Development & Insights Research and map international markets for precision engineering spares and machinery parts. Identify new product opportunities and applications aligned with customer/market needs. Build and manage distributor/agent networks where direct sales are not feasible. Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer visits. Customer Relationship Management Act as primary contact for international clients; ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction. Coordinate closely with production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance. Resolve customer complaints and coordinate after-sales support. Commercial & Operational Responsibilities Prepare annual international sales budgets and forecasts. Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and emerging opportunities. Provide actionable insights for strategic decisions and product development. Qualifications & Experience Graduate in Engineering / Technical field preferred; MBA in International Business is an advantage. 512 years of proven international sales experience in precision engineering / capital goods / machinery spares / B2B industrial products. Strong network with OEMs, distributors, and industrial buyers abroad (Europe, CIS, Middle East, SE Asia, Latin America, North America). Knowledge of export-import commercial terms, trade finance, and incoterms. Willingness to travel internationally frequently Skills & Competencies Strong negotiation and closing skills. Excellent communication in English; foreign language ability (French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Mandarin) is a plus. Technical aptitude to understand precision-engineered products. Ability to work effectively in an ERP-driven environment. High initiative, self-driven, with ability to operate independently in a small company setup. Strong organizational skills to manage leads, CRM, and reporting. Performance Metrics (KPIs) Export sales revenue and gross margin achievement. Number of new international customers acquired. Growth in active markets and expansion into new geographies. Identification of new product opportunities and market insights provided. Customer retention and repeat order ratio. On-time collection of export receivables.
