Senior Executive Sales Coordinator

Job

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other channels (both domestic and international).
• Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Prepare and issue quotations, sales orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and orders in the CRM system.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including follow-ups and documentation.
• Assist in tracking and reporting sales performance metrics.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and couriers for export shipments and documentation
• Manage and update price lists, customer master data, and product catalogs.
• Provide after-sales support by handling customer complaints or feedback and forwarding them to the appropriate departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar sales support or customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing/export-oriented business.
• Knowledge of international trade practices and export documentation will be a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP/CRM systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to multitask.
• A proactive and team-oriented mind set.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate between multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Languages: English, Hindi and Bengali
