Vivenns Global Private Limited (VGPL) offers comprehensive education support services to leading international institutions, including the Victorian Institute of Technology (VIT), Australia. VGPL supports VIT’s international admissions, agent coordination, compliance activities, and student onboarding across multiple global markets.

To strengthen our support for VIT’s expanding Australian operations, we are seeking an experienced Admissions Manager to lead the admissions workflow from India.

Victorian Institute of Technology (VIT) is a leading Australian higher education and vocational education provider with campuses in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, and Geelong. With a strong reputation for academic excellence and student success, VIT attracts students from across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end international admissions process for VITs Australian campuses.
  • Evaluate student applications, academic documentation, GTE assessments, credit/RPL requests, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate COE issuance, document verification, and all stages of the admissions workflow.
  • Lead and supervise the admissions team operating in Indian time zones, while also coordinating with Australian time zones for meetings, approvals, and updates.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing in accordance with Australian ESOS and National Code regulations.
  • Liaise with education agents, internal teams, and academic and student management staff in Australia to ensure smooth onboarding of international students.
  • Provide training, guidance, mentoring, and performance monitoring for admissions staff.
  • Prepare admissions reports, application pipeline updates, and MIS dashboards.
  • Drive process improvements, enhance quality control, and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree required (Masters preferred).
  • 5–7 years of experience in international admissions—preferably within the Australian Higher Education and Vocational sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the Australian Higher Education System, compliance requirements, COE issuance, GTE assessment frameworks, and agent management.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage high-volume applications and collaborate effectively across time zones.
  • May also be required to coordinate admissions for other universities globally, including in the United States, when required.

Skills Required

  • Hands-on experience with CRM/Student Management Systems.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
  • Ability to handle complex cases (credit transfer, RPL, verification).
  • Effective team leadership, workforce management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Flexibility to work according to Australian time zones, as needed.
