Alumni Management Officer

Seeking a dedicated Alumni Management Officer to strengthen engagement with our global alumni community. This role is key to building lasting connections with former students of its clients by developing and executing strategic alumni engagement programs that contribute to its clients Institutes academic, cultural, and philanthropic initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design and implement alumni engagement programs in collaboration with the Head of Digital Marketing and Head of Student Services (based overseas). Maintain and update the alumni database to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. Manage alumni communications including newsletters, event invitations, and social media updates. Organize and coordinate alumni events such as reunions, webinars, and networking opportunities. Serve as the primary contact for alumni inquiries, feedback, and engagement opportunities. Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to involve alumni in mentoring, guest lectures, and career development activities. Track and report on alumni engagement metrics to senior leadership. Key Selection Criteria Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. Prior experience in alumni relations, stakeholder engagement, or community outreach is highly desirable. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation. Proficiency in CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media tools. Strong organizational, event management, and project coordination skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with international teams. High standards of integrity, confidentiality, and alignment with Stakeholders/Clients values.
