Brand Manager

The primary responsibility is shaping and maintaining the identity, image, and reputation of the brand. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic brand initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that our brand essence is consistently communicated across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the groups overall objectives and target audience.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to inform brand positioning and differentiation.
• Define and maintain the brand's visual identity, including logos, colours, typography, and brand guidelines.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels, including digital platforms, marketing materials, signage, and guest experiences.
• Develop compelling campaigns and promotional materials that reflect the brand's values and resonate with the target market.
• Oversee the production of marketing collateral, ensuring high quality and adherence to brand standards.
• Manage the brand's online presence, including the website, social media channels, and review platforms, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Monitor online conversations and sentiment about the brand, responding to inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and sponsorships that align with the brand's values and target audience.
• Negotiate agreements and manage relationships with partners to maximize brand exposure and drive business objectives.
• Track and analyse KPIs related to brand awareness, perception, and loyalty.
• Use data insights to evaluate the effectiveness of brand initiatives and optimize future strategies.
