The role includes organizing industry-specific training, certifications, and placement opportunities for students enrolled in aviation management, logistics supply chain management, Pharmaceutical, Clinical Research, Data Science/Cyber Security courses.. Responsible for internships and Job placement of our graduate/ post graduate students of Management in aviation, Logistics and supply chain courses. Should have good network/ corporate relations in the related industry. Bridging relationships with recruiters beyond hiring-industrial visit, Guest lectures/seminars Alumni Relations- Leveraging alumni networks to enhance placement opportunities. Student career development -Facilitating trainings, pre placement talks, aptitude tests, GD & PI preparation, Resume building and accompanying students during the visits. Build relation with companies through personal visits & other means of communication. Skills & Preferred Attributes: Minimum Graduate. with Excellent communication skills Experience required minimum 10-11 years in academic institutions, business schools, college or university. Open to travel , as this job role requires travelling to pan India locations. Familiarity with accreditation and ranking parameters related to placement. Passion for student success and career development. Proven experience in handling placement activities and industry relations.

This role is key to building lasting connections with former students of its clients by developing and executing strategic alumni engagement programs that contribute to its clients Institutes academic, cultural, and philanthropic initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design and implement alumni engagement programs in collaboration with the Head of Digital Marketing and Head of Student Services (based overseas). Maintain and update the alumni database to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. Manage alumni communications including newsletters, event invitations, and social media updates. Organize and coordinate alumni events such as reunions, webinars, and networking opportunities. Serve as the primary contact for alumni inquiries, feedback, and engagement opportunities. Track and report on alumni engagement metrics to senior leadership. Key Selection Criteria Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. Prior experience in alumni relations, stakeholder engagement, or community outreach is highly desirable. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation. Proficiency in CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media tools. Strong organizational, event management, and project coordination skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with international teams. High standards of integrity, confidentiality, and alignment with Stakeholders/Clients values.
