II. Position Summary
The
Brand Manager
will serve as the guardian and growth driver
of the Grow Solutions brand across global markets. This role requires a balance of strategy, creative execution, and cross-functional collaboration. You will shape two major brand pillars:
Corporate / B2B Brand (Primary Focus)
Position Grow Solutions as a
trusted, enterprise-grade partner
for digital transformation, targeting IT professionals, B2B clients, and technology partners. Consumer / B2C Brand (Secondary Focus)
Build and scale the identity of our
Mobile Apps Niche Game Apps
, highlighting AI-powered innovation, creativity, and standout UX/UI experiences. This role is ideal for a
data-driven, creative, proactive leader
ready to build a global tech brand.
III. Key Areas of Responsibility
A. Corporate Brand Digital Transformation (B2B Focus)
Scale and refine brand identity for international markets
Develop strong messaging around AI/ML, Data Analytics Web expertise
Promote Employee-First culture to attract top IT talent
Leverage awards, achievements, and Google collaborations to build authority
B. Product Brand Strategy Execution (B2C Apps Games)
Define brand identities for Mobile Apps Niche Game Apps
Highlight AI and gaming innovations in store listings
Lead brand-driven GTM campaigns in collaboration with Digital Marketing (ASO/SEO)
Work with UI/UX Development teams for product-level brand consistency
C. Governance, Insights Team Development
Maintain consistency in voice, tone visual identity across channels
Track present brand performance metrics quarterly
Mentor and guide junior branding talent as the team grows
IV. Required Qualifications
A. Experience Education
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
3-5 years in Brand Management or Product Marketing (Tech/SaaS/Mobile/Gaming)
Experience managing
dual B2B/B2C brand strategies
Proven expertise in brand scaling GTM execution
B. Skills Attributes
Ability to simplify and communicate technical value (AI/ML, data solutions)
Proficiency in analytics, SEO/ASO market research
