BRAND MANAGER

Flymedia Technology is a leading digital marketing company in Ludhiana. The Brand Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that build brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and ensure consistent brand identity across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute annual brand plans and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee the end-to-end development of marketing campaigns (digital)
• Conduct market research and consumer insights analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Manage product positioning, pricing strategy, and brand communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—sales, product, design, and digital—to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor brand performance and track KPIs (awareness, engagement, market share, ROI).
• Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and creative vendors.
• Prepare and manage the brand marketing budget effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 1 to 2 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field (depending on level).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.
