Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled RD Engineer to join our product innovation team. This role focuses on exploring new technologies, designing prototypes, and developing next-generation IT solutions that align with our strategic vision. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and bring new products to life or enhance existing offerings. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (AI, ML, Blockchain, Cloud, etc) and assess their feasibility for integration into company products. Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs), prototypes, and technical demonstrations to validate new ideas. Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to translate RD findings into scalable product features. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor products to identify innovation opportunities. Write technical documentation, research papers, and reports to present findings and project status. Contribute to the company s IP strategy by identifying patentable innovations and assisting in the patent filing process. Work in Agile/Scrum environments and contribute to sprint planning and reviews from an RD perspective. Partner with academic institutions or external research bodies for joint innovation initiatives, when needed. Required Qualifications: bachelors/masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. PhD is a plus. 3+ years of experience in RD or product innovation roles in an IT product-based environment. Strong knowledge in one or more emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Data Science, Edge Computing, or DevOps automation. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern development tools. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Strong communication skills for articulating complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Experience in patent research and technology scouting. Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) tools. Knowledge of Agile RD methodologies.
