Educational Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry / Polymer Science / Materials Science OR B.E. / B.Tech in Plastics / Chemical Engineering.

Minimum Experience: Minimum 2 Years experience

We are seeking a skilled and innovative R&D professional to join our Masterbatch Manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for developing new masterbatch formulations, improving existing products, conducting lab trials, and supporting the production and quality teams with technical expertise. The role involves a deep understanding of pigments, polymers, additives, dispersion techniques, and processing methods relevant to color and additive masterbatches.

Develop new color and additive masterbatch formulations based on customer requirements, market trends, and application needs.

Modify and optimize existing formulations for cost-efficiency, better performance, or process improvement.

Select and evaluate pigments, polymer carriers, and additives based on application and end-use specifications.

Prepare technical data sheets (TDS), safety data sheets (SDS), and product specifications for new developments.

Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing team to support customer development projects and provide technical solutions.

Collaborate with the Quality Control and Production teams to scale up formulations and resolve production issues.

Maintain records of R&D trials, formulations, raw material sources, test results, and approvals.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
