Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with proven experience in AV system integration and CCTV surveillance solutions. You will oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle — from planning and design to execution and handover — ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and above client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Define scope, deliverables, budgets, and schedules with clear documentation.
• Track milestones, risks, and ensure timely delivery.

AV & CCTV System Integration

• Manage installation, configuration, and commissioning of AV systems (video conferencing, video walls, PA, control systems).
• Oversee deployment of CCTV solutions (IP/analog cameras, NVR/DVR, VMS platforms).
• Ensure seamless integration with IT/network infrastructure.

Networking & Infrastructure

• Collaborate with IT teams on LAN/WAN readiness, cabling, PoE devices, and switches.
• Ensure networks are optimized for AV & CCTV system performance.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary contact for clients, vendors, and consultants.
• Conduct site visits, technical briefings, and regular progress reviews.
• Provide timely project updates to clients and management.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure delivery meets AVIXA/InfoComm, ONVIF, IEEE, and client standards.
• Conduct testing, QA, and final handover with complete documentation.

Team Management

• Lead and supervise installation teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and maintain safety standards.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers/technicians.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in AV/CCTV project management and integration.

Technical Expertise

• AV control systems: Crestron, Extron, AMX, Dante.
• CCTV platforms: Hikvision, Axis, Milestone, or similar VMS.
• Networking: Switches, routers, VLANs, PoE, cabling standards.
• Knowledge of AVIXA/InfoComm, ONVIF, IEEE standards.

Project Management Skills

• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent tools.
• PMP certification preferred (not mandatory).
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.

Soft Skills

• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Flexibility to travel for site supervision and client meetings.
