We work with India’s top architects, interior designers, and homeowners to create elegant spaces that reflect timeless beauty and quality. Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead sales operations in Indore. The ideal candidate will have strong connections in the architecture and interior design community and a proven track record in selling premium marble, tiles, or other building materials. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and builders. Attend to showroom visitors and assist clients with marble selection and product details. Identify new business opportunities in residential and commercial projects. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through both B2B and B2C channels. Manage inquiries, follow up on leads, and ensure a seamless client experience. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order execution. Represent MARQUBS at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3–5 years of sales experience in marble, tiles, or high-end building materials. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Established network with architects and interior designers (preferred). Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling client relationships independently. Must own a two-wheeler for client visits. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
