Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, site visits, and referrals.
  • Meet with clients to present and promote company products/services (uPVC windows, aluminium systems, or related products).
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to maximize repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (estimation, design, production, and installation) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions in CRM/software.
  • Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, trade shows, and promotional events.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience (Building materials/Construction industry preferred).
  • Freshers with excellent communication and passion for sales may also apply.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms.
