Sales & Marketing Executive

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for the company’s products/services. The role demands excellent communication, negotiation, and market knowledge skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Prepare and present sales quotations, proposals, and agreements.
• Coordinate with the internal teams (logistics, accounts, and operations) for smooth order execution.
• Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales (experience in Building Material industry – e.g., uPVC / Aluminium / Construction Materials] preferred).
• Freshers with excellent communication and passion for sales may also apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
