Sales & Marketing Executive – We are looking for a dynamic, street-smart, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to take our restaurant’s presence to the next level. This role is all about building relationships, driving collaborations, boosting footfall effectively driving revenue. Key Responsibilities: - B2B Outreach: Visit corporate offices, co-working spaces, and local businesses to pitch our restaurant for team lunches, events, and catering opportunities. - Collaborations & Partnerships: Identify and execute collaborations with local brands, community groups, influencers, event organizers, and lifestyle pages to drive buzz. - Promotions & Activations: Plan and execute special events, pop-ups, and seasonal campaigns that create excitement and drive traffic. - Content & Social Media Support: Coordinate with the creative team for content creation, reels, stories, and campaign ideas; source fresh content from events & activities. - Influencer & Promoter Management: Identify and onboard promoters/influencers; ensure timely execution of promotions and measurable results. - Local Marketing: Distribute flyers, handle tie-ups with gyms, salons, clubs, and residential societies - Sales Tracking: Maintain a database of leads, track conversion rates, and prepare weekly performance reports.
