The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for the company’s products/services. The role demands excellent communication, negotiation, and market knowledge skills. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research. Prepare and present sales quotations, proposals, and agreements. Coordinate with the internal teams (logistics, accounts, and operations) for smooth order execution. Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing, and market trends. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management. Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events. Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Skills & Competencies Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Qualifications & Experience Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing or related field. 2–5 years of experience in sales (experience in Building Material industry – e.g., uPVC / Aluminium / Construction Materials] preferred).
