Job Summary:

Factory HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 

  attendance, timekeeping, and payroll coordination

   for factory employees.
• Handle 

  recruitment and onboarding

   of factory and technical staff (operators, technicians, supervisors).
• Maintain 

  employee records, personal files, and statutory documents

  .
• Ensure compliance with 

  labour laws and factory regulations

   (ESI, PF, etc.).
• Coordinate 

  training, safety programs, and employee engagement activities

  .
• Handle 

  disciplinary actions

  , grievances, and resolve employee issues.
• Support factory management in manpower planning and shift scheduling.
• Prepare and share HR reports with Head Office.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical standards.

Requirements:

• Qualification:

   MBA / PGDM / Graduate in HR or related field.

• Experience:

   2–6 years of HR experience in a 

  manufacturing / production / factory setup

  .

• Skills:

• Knowledge of factory HR operations & statutory compliance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.

• Language:

   Local language fluency preferred (Telugu / Hindi / English).
