Job Purpose:

To manage the procurement of raw materials, hardware, and consumables for uPVC/Aluminium window and door manufacturing. Ensure timely availability of quality materials at the best cost while maintaining proper vendor coordination and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, compare, and finalize vendors for raw materials, tools, hardware, and consumables.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) as per project and production requirements.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
• Track material delivery timelines to ensure no production delays.
• Coordinate with stores and production departments for inventory planning.
• Ensure all procurement complies with company policies and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Evaluate supplier performance on quality, cost, and reliability.
• Assist in cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.

Key Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of 

  uPVC/Aluminium materials, fittings, and accessories.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Vendor management and procurement planning.
• MS Excel and ERP software proficiency.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• Education:

   B.Com / BBA / Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical / Civil preferred)

• Experience:

   2–4 years in procurement or purchase (preferably in uPVC, Aluminium, or Construction industry)

Work Timings:

• Monday to Saturday:

   9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Sunday:

   Weekly Off
