Purchasing Executive

As an integral part of the team, your role will involve supporting the establishment and maintenance of quality systems related to purchasing activities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Maintaining and updating the Approved External Provider List under the guidance of the Purchase Coordinator. - Assisting in identifying, selecting, and shortlisting External Providers based on specified requirements. - Helping in the preparation and issuance of Purchase Orders for raw materials or spare parts based on approved indents. - Following up with External Providers regarding delays, shortages, or excess supplies, and effectively communicating any issues to the Purchase Coordinator. - Supporting the monitoring of External Provider performance periodically and promptly reporting any concerns to the Purchase Coordinator. - Assisting in maintaining and enhancing the quality system pertaining to purchasing activities. - Supporting the IMS Leader in conducting internal audits and enhancing the effectiveness and suitability of the quality system. - Identifying risks and opportunities within the purchasing process. - Assisting in conducting Environmental Aspects and Impact Analysis (EAIA) and Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA). - Contributing to identifying the needs and expectations of interested parties related to purchasing activities. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any field - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work effectively in a team environment Please note that the job location is Sachin, GIDC, and the job timing is from 9 am to 6 pm.,
