Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Executive located in Pune. The Purchasing Executive will be responsible for handling procurement activities, managing purchase orders and requisitions, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. The executive will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure effective purchase management and maintain records for all procurement processes while ensuring cost and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to manage Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management tasks
• Proficiency in Procurement and supplier coordination processes
• Excellent Communication skills to establish and maintain vendor relationships
• Prior experience in purchasing or procurement roles is preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
