Job Description

Job Title: Purchase Executive

Purchase Executive / Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, orders, and deliveries
  • Track inventory levels and update stock records regularly
  • Maintain and organize filing systems for purchase and administrative documents
  • Assist in general office tasks including managing documentation and internal coordination
  • Ensure proper communication and follow-up with internal departments and external parties

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role (Purchase Executive / Office Assistant)
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Engineering preferred)
  • Proficient in

    Microsoft Office

    (Word, Excel, Zoho)
  • Strong communication skills in

    English and Hindi

  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
