Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Pitch A2Z SMS solutions (Bulk SMS, Voice, WABA, RCS, DLT) to business owners and marketing teams.
Understand client needs and recommend the right messaging/automation solution.
Demonstrate product benefits, pricing, and onboarding process confidently.
Close deals and achieve weekly/monthly revenue targets.
Maintain lead and client data in CRM/Excel/Google Sheets.
Coordinate with the technical/onboarding team for smooth client activation.
Follow up with prospects regularly until closure.
Build long-term relationships with existing clients for renewals and upsells.
Track daily sales activity and submit simple performance reports.
Attend site/office meetings if required (for local clients).
Stay updated with WhatsApp API policies and messaging compliance basics.

Preferred candidate profile

Prior experience in
telecom / marketing services / SaaS / IT services / real estate sales / agency sales
is a plus.
Strong in
English + Hindi
.
Local language fluency
(Kannada / Telugu / Tamil / etc.) is highly preferred.
Good listener, confident speaker, and polite with customers.
Candidates living near Hebbal Bengalore preferred for faster joining.
Immediate / short notice candidates get priority.
