Client Acquisition & Lead Generation • Conduct daily field visits to residential societies, bungalows, and commercial areas • Meet homeowners, builders, architects, and business owners • Generate leads through field activity, networking, and referrals • Conduct client meetings and present solar solutions & ROI benefits Sales & Project Acquisition • Identify residential, commercial, and industrial solar opportunities • Coordinate site surveys with technical team • Prepare quotations with internal support • Negotiate and close deals • Achieve monthly sales targets Relationship Management • Build strong connections with RWAs, builders, contractors, and influencers • Maintain regular follow-ups until conversion • Attend business networking events as required Reporting & Territory Coverage • Manage daily visit plans and reporting • Cover assigned areas in Ahmedabad and nearby locations • Maintain lead database and track conversions Required Candidate Profile • Minimum 1 year experience in Field Sales (Solar / Real Estate / B2B preferred) • Must own two-wheeler/four-wheeler and valid license • Comfortable with 70–80% field work • Excellent communication in Gujarati & Hindi • Strong negotiation & convincing skills • Target-driven, self-motivated, confident personality • Bachelor’s degree (any stream) • Basic understanding of Solar industry preferred (training provided) Salary & Benefits • 15,000 – 25,000 per month (based on experience) • Attractive Monthly Incentives (high earning potential) • Fuel/Travel reimbursement • Performance bonuses • Complete Solar product training • Fast growth opportunity in the booming Solar industry Typical Work Schedule • 9:30 AM – Daily briefing at office • Field visits, client meetings & site visits through the day • Follow-ups and reporting by evening (Timings may vary based on client availability) How to Apply WhatsApp your CV to: 9265471221 (Write “Solar BD Role”) Call: 10 AM – 6 PM for immediate discussion Office Address: D/474, Sobo Center, Nr.
