Position Summary:

Sales Enablement Specialist

The ideal candidate brings proven SaaS sales experience, expertise in sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, Value Selling), and a passion for transforming sales teams into high-performing revenue generators.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Training & Development

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for SDRs, AEs, and AMs covering sales processes, objection handling, product positioning, and market insights
  • Create structured onboarding programs that reduce time-to-productivity from 90 to 45 days
  • Implement continuous learning initiatives including microlearning modules and skills assessment programs
  • Develop interactive training content including role-play scenarios, case studies, and simulation exercises


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing to align sales messaging and content creation
  • Collaborate with Product teams on feature releases and customer feedback integration
  • Work with Customer Success to optimize handoff processes and expansion strategies
  • Support Sales Leadership with territory planning and performance reviews


Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years in sales enablement, sales training, or quota-carrying sales roles within SaaS/B2B technology companies
  • Proven track record in sales roles demonstrating quota achievement and deal closure success
  • Experience with sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, Value-Based Selling)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools
  • Strong presentation and facilitation abilities with experience training sales professionals
  • Data analysis proficiency to assess training ROI and sales performance metrics
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence and inspire sales teams
  • Collaborative mindset with proven ability to work cross-functionally


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2-4 years of direct SaaS sales experience with proven track record of quota achievement
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven recommendations
  • Experience with sales training delivery including curriculum development and workshop facilitation
  • Proficiency in content creation for sales materials including playbooks and training resources
  • Track record of taking action based on performance data and implementing measurable improvements
