Role Overview
The Ecosystem Partnerships SDR is responsible for generating top-of-funnel opportunities with:
- Global Crypto Exchanges
- Web3 Ecosystem Partners
- Blockchain Events & Communities
This role focuses exclusively on strategic awareness building, initiating high-quality conversations, and scheduling qualified partnership meetings.
What You’ll Do:
1. Lead Research & Prospecting
- Build targeted lists of global exchanges and Web3 events.
- Identify key stakeholders across Partnerships, Business Development, and Product.
- Map relevant community ecosystems, developer hubs, and regional clusters.
2. Multi-Channel Outreach
- Execute outbound outreach via Email, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Telegram.
- Personalize messaging tailored to exchange capabilities, regions, and integration potential.
- Run structured outreach experiments to improve responses.
3. Pipeline Ownership (Exchanges + Events)
- Manage the complete outreach pipeline: discovery, warm-up, qualification, meeting scheduling.
- Maintain accurate documentation across CRM systems.
- Track weekly targets for outreach volume, responses, and meetings booked.
4. Market & Partner Intelligence
- Analyse exchange product offerings, integration models, supported assets, and geographic presence.
- Evaluate event sponsorships based on audience profiles and thematic relevance.
- Share actionable insights to inform GTM and partnership strategy.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with the Partnerships Lead to refine pitches and integration proposals.
- Coordinate with Marketing for co-branded campaigns and event presence.
- Provide structured feedback to Product teams on partner requirements and market trends.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–4 years of SDR, partnerships, or outbound research experience.
- Prior experience in crypto, fintech, SaaS, or high-growth startups is preferred.
- Excellent written communication and personalization skills.
- Strong ownership mindset and persistence in outbound-focused roles.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Notion.
