Role Overview

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Key Responsibilities

Drive
outbound sales efforts
targeting schools across assigned regions.
Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through cold calls, emails, and networking.
Pitch RoadCast’s student safety and mobility solutions to principals, transport heads, and school administrators.
Qualify prospects and schedule product demos/meetings for the senior sales team.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly lead-generation and sales targets.
Update and manage leads in CRM, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal sales and product teams to refine pitches based on customer feedback.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2–3 years of
outbound sales experience
(preferably in SaaS solutions).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to independently drive outreach and build relationships with schools.
Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound prospecting techniques.
