Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to spearhead our outbound sales efforts targeting the US market. This role is pivotal in generating qualified leads, scheduling discovery calls, and building a robust sales pipeline for our IT services offerings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cold outreach, lead qualifications, and CRM management, with a deep understanding of the US IT services landscape. Key Responsibilities Cold Outreach : Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn messages to introduce our IT services and identify business needs. Lead Qualification : Assess prospects' requirements, budget, and decision-making processes to qualify leads and determine their fit for our services. Discovery Call Scheduling : Coordinate and schedule discovery calls between qualified leads and the sales team, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication. Pipeline Management : Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects, tracking interactions and progress through the sales funnel. CRM Management : Utilize HubSpot and Zoho CRM to document all prospect interactions, update lead statuses, set reminders for follow-ups, and maintain accurate records. Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies, share insights, and refine messaging to improve lead conversion rates. Performance Reporting : Provide regular updates on outreach activities, lead status, and conversion metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience : 3-5 years in B2B sales development, specifically within the IT services industry, with a proven track record of outbound lead generation and meeting scheduling. CRM Proficiency : Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Zoho CRM, including lead tracking, task management, and reporting functionalities. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages and engage prospects effectively. Cold Outreach Expertise : Demonstrated success in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement to generate leads and schedule meetings. Organizational Skills : Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize leads, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems. Knowledge of US Market : Understanding of the US IT services market, including common challenges faced by businesses and how our services can address them. Goal-Oriented : Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, consistently meeting or exceeding lead generation and meeting scheduling targets. Working Hours : US Shift(6:30 pm - 3:30 am)
