Role & responsibilities

Market Research:

Conduct simple competitor research to see what type of content similar companies are posting.
Collect examples of competitor blogs, social media posts, campaigns, etc.
Track new trends, updates, and topics in the industry.
Research keywords, FAQs, and common customer questions to support content ideas.
Gather basic data, insights, or references needed for writing articles or posts.
Identify popular content formats (reels, website pages, blog topics) used in the industry.

Content Support:

Write basic content drafts like captions, short posts, or simple blogs.
Assist in editing and proofreading content for grammar and clarity.
Help maintain and update content documents, ideas lists, and content calendars.

Team Support

Share weekly research summaries with the marketing team.
Assist the team with routine content-related tasks and brainstorming.
