SDR

  • Generating and qualifying leads

    across a diverse set of verticals—schools, universities, enterprises, government bodies, and coaching centers.
  • Evangelizing our suite

    of platforms and services—SchoolMatrix Pro, TeachEX, AssessGenius, SmartEval Pro, and managed services—to key decision-makers.
  • Building and managing a strong sales pipeline

    , helping our Account Executives close impactful deals worth ₹50L+.
  • Enabling our vision of reaching

    by fueling customer acquisition at scale.


QUALIFICATION

  • 🎓 Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related streams
  • 💼 Experience in:

B2B Sales

EdTech

  • Bonus if you have

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source high-quality leads through research, outreach, and smart tools (LinkedIn, email, phone)
  • Conduct initial discovery and qualification calls
  • Book demos with sales team, tailoring pitch to vertical: K‑12, Higher Ed, Enterprise, Government, Coaching/Vocational
  • Maintain CRM hygiene—update lead status, metrics, and next steps promptly
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and content teams to craft vertical-specific messaging
  • Participate in campaigns, events, and consultations to promote our solutions


SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
