You will be part of the Sales Academy program, which aims to upskill you and provide the necessary attributes and knowledge to progress into enterprise sales roles. LHH has a proven track record of advancing Sales Development Representatives to Business Developers and other customer success roles within the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize outbound calling, emailing, and marketing campaign follow-ups to schedule meetings between prospective customers and the LHH sales team - Accurately qualify new prospective customer accounts based on established criteria - Conduct baseline research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information before prospecting calls and introductory sales meetings - Stay informed about market conditions and competitive activities to identify opportunities - Maintain accurate information about key contacts and sales activities in Salesforce - Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing team members to share information, provide feedback, and achieve overall sales targets **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 1+ years of work experience in a pipeline generation role in an outbound environment - Demonstrated track record in an early-stage company or highly ambiguous environment - Advanced proficiency in English is mandatory - Understanding of B2B data sources and tools such as Sales Force, Outreach, Sales Navigator, etc. - Goal-oriented with a sense of ownership and curiosity - Excellent interpersonal and team management skills - Strong written and verbal communication abilities **Additional Information:** LHH provides growth opportunities within a global HR leader, prioritizes learning to adapt to a competitive business environment, and fosters an open-minded culture that encourages innovation and idea exploration.
