Job Type: Full-time, Day Shift (9 AM to 6 PM IST) About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Specialist to join our team in Noida, India. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, researching, and reaching out to potential leads in the Indian market. The goal is to qualify prospects and set up appointments for the sales team to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). Key Responsibilities: Research & Identify Leads: Identify target companies, decision-makers, and prospects using various tools and techniques. Outreach Activities: Conduct cold calls, emails, and engage via social media to initiate conversations and qualify leads. Qualify Leads: Understand potential client needs, qualify them based on predefined criteria, and generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for the sales team. Appointment Setting: Schedule calls and meetings between potential clients and the sales team. CRM Management: Update and manage lead data in CRM software, ensuring accuracy and proper follow-ups. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies. Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets of generating 5 SQLs per specialist. Required Skills and Experience: Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or a related field, especially targeting the Indian market. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Cold Outreach: Proficiency in cold calling, emailing, and using social media for business outreach (LinkedIn, etc.). Research Skills: Ability to research and gather data on potential leads using lead generation tools like Lusha, ZoomInfo, etc. CRM Tools: Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM preferred). Target-Driven: Motivated to meet and exceed lead generation targets. Collaboration: Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
